Pizz ok, so that is three different novels that have not been updating as normal. If webnovel gave concent why not alert readers and put a hold on SS's degrading after 30 days.       BattleLord the problem is like in life, you get good teams and bad, unhappily we've picked a few novels that are bad, but I also follow a lot of jp /kr novels and they will say sorry and go out of their way to tell readers, unhappily the CN market tended to not care as much depending on the groups, I have my own ideas but I'm going to hold them in as to be honest or i may rant to much,

      the free ones you get when you buy expire after 90 days ( those are used 1st before the bought ones) ,
      and your daily login + video watch ones expire after 30 days

      the best rule never stack stones,
      i keep mine 14 days+ ahead of the 30-day date used just in case I'm ill ...this way, if you can't log in you, don't lose them

      to be honest , even with my love/ hate relationship with QI you need to rem they do need to make money so letting you keep the freestones for every or longer isn't a good idea , but I do agree with your other comments about the fact QI should comment in a post if novels have a problem , but unhappily ...it comes down, in the end they don't really care and its a huge pity as in the qi and even now qi gets bad rep sometimes yup its their fault and other times its not , it seems they don't or can't understand the difference between the Chinese and western markets still fully after 3/4 yrs as before that they never cared about cn novels being tl'd it was only after WW (www wuxiaworld com) pointed out how big the market could be as they wanted to by the rights so people got paid etc, and then it was like a shark smelling blood in water to QI and their real owner Tencent

          Check out my suggestion post regarding "What's Next?". If webnovel added more information to this area when we vote our daily energy stones perhaps we would vote for new novels in which the authors, editors and translators demonstrated more commitment to their stories.
          Weed out lazy novels before we have invented time reading them.

            Pizz once you start to provide a product or service you have an expectation to perform and need to take ownership of your business. Letting translators, editors and authors who you are paying compensation to each month under perform hurts your business. Any other business would take action to ensure customer satisfaction is their top priority.
            At the very least, communicate with your customers in a news release when an issue arises that is beyond their control and they are implementing a plan to return normal services by a set date. If Tencent owns this company, he is poorly managing his assets or he has taken on more than he is capable of ensuring is maintaining good quality and delivery.
