Lis How long did it take you to edit the test?

I'm the translator who is very fortunate enough to work with Lis and It has been a great pleasure. Lis is the editor where you feel "Yes, I just hit the jackpot". I learned so much from her and still doing so everyday.

I still remember the first time when she edited my chapter and pointed out the mistakes with explanation. It certainly made me sweat a little when I saw my translation getting ripped apart. But her meticulousness influenced me to strive to be better. But I'm sure when she edited some of my chapters, especially the earlier ones, she probably wanted to rip her hairs off

Yes, Lis is very busy and sometimes I do selfishily wish that she could have more time to do her magic with words. But she is pursuing her dream and now I try to book her ahead of the schedule to make sure she is free.

Anyways, just here to say thanks~ went a little longer than expected.

Calm_Spirit Hey~ it definitely took me longer back when I first started to edit, so while I don't remember the exact time that it took me to edit the test, I estimate about four hours. My version had three sections, each containing a short excerpt with deliberate mistakes sprinkled throughout. You could say it took up about three Word document pages.

It's encouraging to know that someone enjoys reading the series as much as I do~ But of course, I really can't claim the credit all by myself~ The translators and fellow editors on my teams work just as hard, if not harder :) Although, if you bring me a cake, that's a different story altogether....
