Yuren_Liu It's disappointing that WN doesn't consider that adding some basic formatting to Inkstone as important, as I believe it would add to the readers' enjoyment. Nothing is more jarring when authors have to use special characters to caps to indicate a different tone in their novels.

Think it is also a foolish marketing mistake from WN, as they are already upsetting original authors and their competitors offer such basic editing tools.

As a programmer I know just how easy it is to add a WYSIWYG plugin to the backend, so really they have no excuse not to make this an important update.

      Yuren_Liu I would like to know if you will change your policy on abandoning webnovels and intead reduce their release rate. I am talking about translated webnovels. At least I would appreciate it if you would officialy release a statement pointing out that this webnovel's translation is changing translator/ looking for new translator, is cancelled, on temporal hiatus, etc. It is stupid to bring in new novels each week if they are later cancelled without any official news.
      By the way, now that I have your attention, what is the current status of the translated webnovel "Pursuing Immortality"?

        I would like to ask two questions:

        1. Is there a dark mode feature coming soon? I dislike the bright white background.
        2. What's the plan for the translation of Pursuing Immortality? It is such a high quality novel but it has been 2 months now without news or updates (dunno if this actually sensitive, because there is no info).

I make open random novel from homepage mobile app it cant read. I tried Clean cache, re login in her mobile app seems cant fix it. Please what should we do to fix this problem. Thanks

          DJRogue Usually every single contracted tirle will join Premium. Authors signed contract with us, which means we need to take responsibilities and obligations to help them make money. It is more or less like a commitment. If you are asking how we choose potential titles to approach, it's hard to give u a basic standard. Data drives a lot but our editors still need to read the stories and generate analysis for interal team reviewing. Editors work like an angel investor who invest the most potential but risky targets at early stage.

            DJRogue To implement rich text on inkstone is not hard but the reading engine on app will be tough to upgrade at the same time. Also need to take care of previous versions too. Aside from that, every feature could be implemented without doubt but the priority is another issue.

              BlueRhapsody To allow authors to use Italic or Bold would be no difference to allow authors to input images or videos. All html tags, not hard but front end app needs to do a lot of works. Priority is the biggest issue.

                Is the ability to follow users planned, or left to the author to put their website and other details in their profile?
