Hi guys, Clone here. Like you, I'm an author and reader here at webnovel. So like you, I appreciate a genuine, honest critique of my work. To that end, I've participated in some review swaps, the issue with that is it's a mixed bag. Sometimes you get really insightful feedback, sometimes you don't.
I don't actually have a problem with that, but I did think it'd be nice if someone decided they'd put themselves out there to provide hard-hitting, honest feedback. Not criticism for the sake of criticism, but genuine appraisal.
Then I thought, if no one else is going to do it, I will.
To that end, I've started a blog to review Webnovels. I'll pick one webnovel at a time and read 10 chapters or more of said webnovel and publish my full thoughts on the chapters I've read. No BS, no pulling punches.
I've already written a long-form review for a webnovel called Scarlette Overland by an author who goes by Empressblackrose.
I picked her webnovel by random by looking at the review swap thread, read the first 10 chapters and wrote my honest thoughts. Please read it to get an idea of what you'd be getting into if you decide to take me up on my offer. You can find the review here: https://clonereviews.wordpress.com/scarlette-overland/
Alright, now the offer part. If you want the same level of feedback I've posted for Scarlette Overland for your webnovel, please comment below with your webnovel.
Depending on how many people actually agree to this, it might take me a while to get to you, I'm writing my own webnovel after all, and I do have a life outside of reading and writing... albiet, not much of one XD
If I get to your webnovel, I'll post a shortened, less full-on segment of the review on your actual webnovel page, and the full review on my blog.
You can find the blog address below:

Update:
If your webnovel features aspects of Judeo-Christian religion I'll have to kindly decline to review it. There are, of course, gradations, for instance, if your story features vaguely defined demons, that's fine. If God, Jesus, Lucifer or pretty much any biblical figure is a character in your world, that's the limit for me. I'm just not comfortable with it.
I also won't review smut. If there's reasonable levels of smut and it's story-based, that's fine, but if it's gratuitous it's not for me.
You'll probably know before posting your webnovel if it's past my personal line, so please keep this in mind.
