Does the editor recruitment still work? Had given a test last year, still no result for that :sweat_smile:

If you need an editor, count on me.
I would say that hiring editors would be better than translators at this point. Most TLed novels have TL so horrendous that I cannot read them despite my relative interest.
Minimizing the number of trial reads or removing the trial system altogether would be a better alternative to current situation for readers.

Nah, they gotta put the phrases in simpler terms for us, something that sounds good in Chinese might not sound good in english

Webnovel_Translate Instead of hiring translators to keep pumping out low quality translations en masse, hire to address your lack of quality control. Too many of your translations have serious issues that are pointed out in the comments but never addressed, like out of sequence chapters and names that change from chapter to chapter, that could be caught by capable editors. Hire editors!

I think the biggest problem really is that the translators hired do not have English as their first language. Unless they are unparalleled super geniuses (no offense translators) then their Chinese would be a 10 and their English more like a 4. At least, I suck at Spanish even though I took it for so many years. I believe that the problem is not that the translators don't want to write well, but that they can't, because they can't understand why we add -ing to our sentences just like I can't understand crap about kanji. This is just my educated guess though, could be right or wrong.
