NO ONE IS SAFE: From the cyberbully that runs rampart in Qidian Discord
I just looked at my previous forum post and it seems my claims are being downplayed as just complaining about a troll.
My journals that I posted that, was complaining about a troll. This post and that one was complaining about the hypocrisy of the discord server. Rules are not being maintained, but when i break a silent rule I get muted and told I will be banned if I do it again. The question is how many more silent rules are there, and how many has my aggressor broken but still not been banned yet?
Billdoor calling me names is not new, I have asked repeatedly for him to stop, I blocked him, I blocked his accomplice Neverfire long ago. When the server revamped he took it upon himself to harass me after i said "ded" in a secondary chat. I ignored it and I complained, I pinged the mod, and then i left those conversation channels. Many times I have ignored and this time I didn't even say ONE WORD in the chat and I was blasted, and a kid took it upon himself to throw in a very controversial joke about a womans menstruation. Now had it been something I said or even if I had said anything at the time to provoke the "joking" I might have said "ok I'm gonna go" but thats not what it was.
It was like haven't seen the sheep, the whore, its her period. If we simplify like they do it actually becomes much worse. Discord server allows trolls and jokes like these and according to some thats okay because it is the internet. Though I thought Qidian wanted to have a healthy environment?

Kulha I got over the first 10-15 times. I'm not asking for a completely free space, I am asking for no harassment, can people not enjoy themselves unless it is at someone elses expense?
Can I not go into the forums or discord and know that hey my opinion may be attacked but at least no one is just senselessly seeking me out to say nasty things?
My "big girl panties" have been on for a long time which is why I do not retaliate with a strong argument like "oh you fucker always saying shit blah blah" I could but then back to the whole point of this, I would be banned.
My point is not that he is just a cyberbully cause if he was just a cyberbully it wouldn't matter, it only matters because he provokes a mob, where multiple people join in and make fun at my expense. In my opinion that should never be allowed in the discord server. He has done this multiple times, and in the very first instance this happened I was muted for arguing (also not really a rule, but a silent rule). So I want you to see, that if i could retaliate in the same way he does, I would have already but biasness as it is, it seems only one person is allowed to troll and is supported by none other than the moderator himself. Or so it would seem....
I honestly think that while your concerns are valid there will always be people like that out there and you just have to thicken your skin and deal with it. If you stop one there will be an uncountable number of fags like them out there to continue the job, so just tell yourself they're not worth it. But I don't agree with the things people are doing. They need to remember that the behind the username is a real person.
So let me get this straight. The official discord of a huge company like Qidian allows it's members to call girls whores just because?

Looks like a Discord server with trash mods or lack of any. You should try to find better communities to chat in, if the issue isn't solved...
Daoist_Phoenix Again I'm more concerned about the bias structure of the server than the person themselves. He just so happens to be my only agressor, the one person I know without a doubt will bring my name up randomly in the server as he has randomly done today. He sought me out, that is my problem with it.
Trolls come and go, but he never seems to go and even when I am not there to receive the trolling he continues. That is the essence of a bully, a troll won't even really remember your name because they just throw bullshit out their ass. This guy perpetuated mob behavior from other users. I've seen it happen more than once, this time I wasn't even there to receive it and I feel like if I were to do the same I would be banned and that is where my problem lies. Is that if I have to be held to those standard or I'm banned why the fuck isn't he?
A mod posted this directly after I broke a silent non listed rule about colored roles.
The rules are here for a reason, ignoring rules (or channel topics) repeatedly and ignoring warnings will result in a server mute. After being unmuted, ignoring the rules again will result in the user's being XP reset. If it happens a third time, the user will be banned.
None of these things have taken place for this person. And I want to know how long they will continue to allow this.
FatedBlade There are no mods... literally 0. Flaffy says millman is a mod, but he isn't even a mod. He only does some bot stuff. It's dumb how there are no mods in such a big server. >.<

As someone who has been a target for bullies for the past week, I know very well how you feel. I believe in your cause, and that all cyberbully should be wiped off the face of this planet.
Here are a few instances of people using verbal abuse on me.
As you can see, there are over 100 different instances where many nasty individuals are calling me 'Shameless' for no apparent reason.
To hear so many insults despite showing kindness and love to them, I was heart-broken, shattered, depressed. I was even on verge of killing myself. However, you have to remember that there will always be people out there who will be there for you, such as this nice lady, who although sometimes join in on the bully, helps me from the shadows.
I can also see that you have yet to stabilize your Dao Heart. You need to spend more time cultivating, so I will introduce you to a few secret Cultivation Techniques called, 'League of Legends,' 'Counter-Strike: Global Offensive,' and 'Twitter'.
Do not give up. Stay Strong. Keep loving yourself. And most importantly, ignore the bullies.

BaiSiwa Had you told them to stop? That you did not like it? That you thought those things were not funny?
And had you attempted to get the mod to do something about it? Did they ignore you really? I know that happened to me and that is what annoys me the most. Not the cyberbullying itself, the fact that I told pinged a mod and told a mod before about the behavior of that person and they shrugged it off and did nothing. If someone is seeking to hurt you with their words, it is AGAINST THE RULES PUT IN THE SERVER.

I was muted when I first came to the server because of that rule, and despite that no one else was, when I was just reacting. It's never ok to bully, but if the server is allowing it, they should be more clear on their rules, and the enforcement of them. Not just ONE but them ALL.
No one should have to ignore and be forced to turn the other cheek when they are being chased down, I would rather break out the machete and the kill the fuck but only WE are chained by the rules that should have prevented the chase to begin with.
