Whilst it might be a good business catalog strategy, and still available, the user loyalty is severely tested with this change without warning. The result is rantish responses on the forums.
As a business, Webnovel suck at their communications and customer service strategies. If they had that down pat, users could at least give them a warm to positive rating.
But they continue to suck at communicating their platform changes, so their users negatively advocate against them. Because it's hard not to feel at a loss and being left out to dry when something good suddenly stops without a goodbye.
Hence, Webnovel falls deeper into the negative feedback loop. Almost summarized as the oxymoron, killjoy.
