  • mng from my knowledge TKA anime was primarily funded by riot games in a sort of esports promotional deal, while penguin pictures played the role in producing and creating I do belIieve that without riots support it wouldn't have been an anime and as for the the animes made based on a few wn suffice to say whIle they have been interesting to watch they are worlds below the current "quality" of animes being released along side them.

Edit: auto correct on my phone is horrible. And it doesn't accept the word anime and a few others so sorry for bad english/grammar

      Still waiting on an update😞

      • N0xiety 3 comments pop up at the bottom of a chapter. As stated by op. Hard to miss unless your blind. ( I am partially blind and I still take em in within half a second.)

      • ThrustThunder that's great and all for some post (pheonix feathers) but some times people just write things in the comments that sorta ruin the reading experience.

        • Now people can comment whatever they want but while I'm reading and have reached the end of a chapter I should not see comments that spoil chapters.

There are people who will just comment oh I've read the raws or the mtl and this is what happens in the next chapter.

There should either be a way to report comments for spoilers indicate your comment has spoilers. Comments are a great part of webnovels where you can discuss or vent after reading a great chapter but for people who actually enjoy reading the content of the book and not reading cliff notes on what happens shouldn't have to see spoilers just sitting at the end of a chapter.

I have so much to say on this topic epically since the answers given already while have some truth are very wrong for your question you go and specifically name issth and awe and moe and issth and awe are both writ ten by er guan and I can say they have similar endings to coil dragon swallowed star and the others in author IET''s cd series and a similar ending is given in shadow ranger as well now these responservices given are based off the idea that webnovels (qi) is milking profits but of the ones I've mentioned above QI has nothing to do with the production or length. I'll start with shadow ranger because that has the easiest example the author himself wrote why. He ended the story early and slightly ambigous for two reasons the first being he lost motivation to continue writing because of negative comments and reviews he lost his passion and he didnt want to continue writing a story half heartedly. He also phrased his ending in an open wat to show that even though the novel has ended the story hasn't. And that leads into the next part more relevant to your specific example endings for issth and awe both stories are part of a much larger story universe, now weather this is relevant to a later grand story line or if it is just a way meant to help introduce his new novels we don't know because he is still writing his series.

          • TaiXai Edit/note you Only get SS for Daily Check in Vote with Stones video on mobiles and reading on mobile.

            • Posting Comments and Rating chapters is meant to give Experience and not SS also you need to claim the SS and EXP from the Earn Rewards page where if you completed a task that day you can click the button and claim the rewards

              • The Elite membership was removed because. some authors/translators were receiving less than before and they(webnovel) wants everyone to be able to gain profit from the membership system and not be hurt by it

                • mammanmichael hey bro if you actually read up on it you would know that them premium chapters are chapters that are early release such as patron chapters. The chapter's that are free are the normal release ones. So bro extra work from translators is killing the site? Wuxiaworld and gravitytales basically have similar options where translators can offer more chapters for patrons. Or some do crowd donation's, the only difference here is that quidan has a universal currency that you can buy or earn for free (20-30 a day). And by using it on the chapters you are supporting the translator or author. K bro.

                  • GregLuck love your statement, one thing though konosouba and tate no yuusha are nearly exaftly the genre he described. Konosouba a goddessert pulls Mc into a new world and offers any one item or power. Tate no yuusha hero summoned from a another world to fight an enemy and given what is obviously a big cheat. I have read and enjoyed the two novels and have to say while great they match the criteria that OP mentioned.

                    • Odinlowe you have to think the Chinese language is so different from the English language in which a single term in English could translate to a sentence in Chinese and often times a Chinese writer will write some detailed description of something such as a beauty or a scene however when being translated over to English there is a lack of substence that can be used to fully explain or translate the original text.

                      • TYErannical I feel you haven't seen the right kind of Japanese light novels, In such a broad category to form a view based off a small sample is not right. If you are only reading translated novels then you need to expand your search as sites that host novels tend to host similarge novels as they see those types of novels working for them. If you are reading raw Japanese novels you should search for a different genre as the type of light novels you described are usually related to 2-4 genres.
