XOMatsumaeohana I'm not trying to pick a fight either. But just like what I already said in my post in another thread yesterday which was a response to your post (remember, the one in which you said that a certain user was just making a fuss and should have known what they're getting themselves into?), you should be more sensitive with what you write to these customers who are already frustrated enough with the situation and the lack of response from WN. You said you were just trying to provide an explanation on how the system works, fine, that's really nice of you, but there is a more diplomatic and thoughtful way to do it without having to sound like a bootlicker who makes excuses on behalf of WN. Coz' seriously, that's how your posts looked like.
