Why do people still watch ads for chps
Because some of them despite qidians denial, are teenagers without wallets of their own. And others like me never like to spend money on something you can get for free even if it's a penny for principle. It's not petty its principle. If I really like the novel I might buy it when they make a book but why spend money on new chapters? Why watch ads for new chapters? I will get to read them all eventually for free. [insert random shrug]

I have never watched an ad and never used SS so I don't know the specifics. All I know is i do daily check-in I get SS to read chapters. Some people like to read every new chapter and so they run out and end up watching ads. Now you can buy SS so you don't have to watch ads. I never used SS so I never have to watch ads and thus never need to pay money for SS.
Children who like to read cannot pay for SS so they have to watch the ads.

There are also hoarders like me. And I really don’t understand what is the problem with watching ads, it helps the site so why not and how is that petty, aren’t u being bold faced for telling people how to spend their time and ss.
I think he/she mean why are people still not using ss when ss will go expired if not used.

I was using ss before since it has expiration. But since it has long expiry duration and the ads time is not long and i can just check other tabs or windows anyways, i just let them play. And since its inconvenient to check when they will expire and use the ss before they do, i just let them expire.
But my most important reason is to save them for the rainy days. At the moment qid is generous in giving a lot of ss and giving them for free. But we will never know until when this situation will last.

personally if I can't pay for the books then atleast I will try to help them get paid by someone else atleast !!

Thats what you dont get? Its normal. I would do so if i dont have the money, or maybe just too frugal or petty to pay. If they are, then at least they do watch the ads to read new chapters.
Unlike those who demanded free webnovels. I just dont get it how people can sound all righteous going for pirated things and demanded to read for free. If they give it out for free, sure. If they charge something for it, then it is their right. It is shocking to see how people can demand webnovels for free and said that is their rights. If they say right to not feel hungry, the right to be treated in a humane manner, and the right to have a roof on top of their head, sure I get it.
